We don’t just design screens — we solve problems, create clarity, and deliver experiences that move your business forward.
Every project is unique, and so understanding everything about you makes it all the more important. We conduct design audits, competitive analysis, interviews and user testing that gives us clarity on the business you want to create, the market you want to disrupt and the users you want to impact.
Once we understand everything about you, we collectively define the project, establish timelines and chalk out goals, and determine metrics aimed for your success. We work to create an experiential journey for your users - and this can only be attained with your continuous feedback. We believe great work is a result of great collaboration - and a pinch of passion and talent.
We bring all ideas to the table. Through collaborative workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and rapid ideation, we explore multiple possibilities — without limitations. This stage helps us uncover hidden opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define creative directions before moving into design execution.
It's time to create some magic. We believe in research and data-driven design. We believe in validation than assumption. We immerse ourselves in the problem you are trying to solve and gather insights to solve them through the power of design.

"DX4 helped us rethink onboarding — simplifying the verification flow and introducing progressive disclosures reduced our loan application abandonment by 28% within the first month. The design also made complex compliance steps feel intuitive for users."
"Their user research uncovered intake bottlenecks we hadn’t seen. With a redesigned triage flow and clearer clinician dashboards, our administrative time dropped by 40%, and patient throughput improved without sacrificing safety."
"The configurator redesign made complex options approachable — conversion on custom builds rose by 22%. Their rapid prototype cycles and showroom usability tests paid off in measurable demand uplift."
Quick answers about our process, tools, design systems, developer handoff and engagement models for software teams.
Four phases: Discover (user interviews, competitive audit, jobs-to-be-done), Define (information architecture, user flows, content model), Design (wireframes, hi-fi UI, motion, design system), and Deliver (prototypes, dev-handoff specs, QA pass). You get weekly demos and async Figma updates throughout.
Yes — it’s one of our core offerings. We embed with software companies and product teams as their dedicated UX/UI crew, white-label or co-branded. NDA-friendly, senior-only team, no juniors farmed-out work. Choose sprint, monthly retainer or full-feature ownership. Book a 30-min discovery call to scope a partnership.
Primary tool is Figma — design files, prototypes, dev specs and design systems all live there. We also work in Sketch, Adobe XD or Penpot if your team is already on those. For motion we use Figma Smart Animate or Rive for production motion specs.
We design system-first by default. Even for small projects we build a token library (color, type, spacing, motion) and a reusable component set in Figma. For product teams we deliver full design systems with variants, auto-layout, dev tokens (CSS / Tailwind / iOS / Android), and component documentation.
Figma Dev Mode is the default handoff — engineers inspect specs, copy tokens and grab assets directly. We also document interaction states, edge cases and motion in writing, and stay available on Slack/WhatsApp during the build phase to answer questions and review pixel-tightness on shipped screens.
Yes — many of our software-team partners run on monthly retainers with one or two designers dedicated to their product. We join your standups, ticket tracker, design reviews and roadmap planning. You can scale up or down with 30-day notice.
Our Chennai working hours give us 6+ hours of daily overlap with US East Coast (mornings), full overlap with EU, MENA and APAC, and a generous handoff window with US West Coast. We also run shifted hours for partners who need synchronous coverage during their core working day.
